Minister vists Otto Vollmann.
Ennepe-Ruhr economic talks with NRW Minister Ernst Schwanhold
Gevelsberg. (WP) Regional
Minister for Economic Affairs and Transport, Ernst Schwanhold, has
been invited by the SPD and the Otto Vollmann company to attend
talks with local companies and works councils tomorrow at 4.00 pm
in Gevelsberg.
The economic talks are to take place at the premises
of the Vollmann company on Rosendahler Straße. This traditional
company has been involved in the development and manufacture of
lampholders since 1911. The small family company has grown into
a modern industrial production operation supplying around 2,000
products to more than 1,000 customers in 27 countries. Vollmann
also has investments in other companies and assembly operations,
most recently in Brandenburg.
Following a welcome at 4.00 pm from the Managing
Partner Axel Vollmann and Mayor Dr. Klaus Solmecke, the minister
will start off with a tour of the facilites. This will be followed
by a short presentation on the economic policy of the regional government
and those present will then be invited to take part in discussions.
