Having reached the age of 80, Herr Otto Vollmann has decided to step down as Managing Director at the end of 2006.

However, in his capacity as a partner he will still be involved with the company.

Otto Vollmann retires after more than 60 years.

At the same time, Herr Thomas Erdelt was appointed as a further Managing Director of the companies in the Vollmann Group.

This graduate in Business Administration began his career in 1989 in the sales department in the Vollmann company. He subsequently took on further functions as Department and Divisional Manager within the group.

Since 1997, Herr Erdelt has been a member of the executive board in his capacity as authorized signatory with sole power of representation.

In addition to Axel Vollmann, Thomas Erdelt is now the second Managing Director in the Vollmann Group.
